A Gusto Pronto update from us on 28th June:
“Following the government announcement on that pubs can re-open from 4th July, we have finalised our re-opening plans for the pubs. We’re conscious that lots of you are asking what our plans are and we want to thank you all for the messages of support that we’ve received.
We can now let you know what each pub will initially be offering and when. Our re-openings will be a staged process and will evolve. Things will be different. We will be very restricted on customer numbers and operating with much smaller teams. Gusto hospitality will remain key to everything we do and we are determined that ‘Less really will be more’. The safety and well-being of our team and our customers is at the heart of our plans and everything has been designed to comply with all government guidelines. Payment will be by card only.
We are currently operating with a tiny (but fabulous) team and the phones and e-mails at our closed pubs are not being manned, nor is our online booking system open quite yet.
Full details of how each pub will operate and the booking process (for indoor areas only) will be on our websites in the next few days. If you’re on our mailing list, we’ll e-mail this directly to you.
Our wine shop, Vino Gusto, will remain open. We will be extending our opening days and times. ‘We’re a wine shop until we can be a pub’ but from Saturday 4th July ‘We’ll be a wine shop that you can drink in’.
Our pop-up has supplied over 25,000 pints of beer during lockdown. From 6th July, we will be changing the pop-up to a once a week service on Fridays from 3-7pm. You will still be able to pre-order mini-kegs and cans using ‘Click & collect’ to pick up from the brewery on Fridays. We hope to add in a ‘Collect’ option from each of our pubs soon.
From Saturday 4th July, The Beerhouse will re-open for drinking outside using the terrace and car park area.
From Saturday 4th July, The Crown will re-open outside for pizza (from our fabulous new wood-fired pizza oven) and drinks. From Monday 6th July, we will also be open inside for meals from our new set menu.
From Friday 10th July, The Cadogan will re-open for meals from our new set menu, drinks and room only accommodation bookings.
From Friday 10th July, The Fox will re-open for meals from our new set menu and drinks.
Watch this space. More information on our re-openings is coming very soon…“
In line with COVID-19 government advice issued on 20th March our pubs are currently closed.
