Our spring menus went live this week following staff cook-off events at each of our food pubs – The One Bull, The Cadogan and The Crown.
You may not know that we hold staff cook-offs before we launch each our seasonal menus each quarter but they are really important to us. Our front of house team is invited to try each of the dishes on the main menu and provide feedback to the chefs.
These cook-offs are part of the reason why our front of house team is so knowledgeable about our menus. It’s fantastic to see the team coming together and trying out new dishes.
