Gift card terms & conditions

General Terms

Gusto Pronto Ltd (“Gusto Pronto”) provides digital gift cards (“eGift Cards”) and physical gift cards (“Physical Gift Cards”) (available at selected locations), hereinafter referred to as “Gift Cards,” which are issued by Gusto Pronto Ltd, 25 Angel Hill, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP33 1UZ. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our services or purchases, please contact our Gift Card Support via email at info@gustoprontoltd.co.uk.

Physical Gift Cards are available to buy from the following Gusto Pronto venues:

  • The One Bull
  • The Cadogan
  • The Crown
  • The Fox
  • Damson & Wilde

Gift Cards purchased online are available as eGift Cards or Physical Gift Cards.

Gift cards can be redeemed at:

  • The One Bull
  • The Cadogan
  • The Beerhouse
  • The Crown
  • The Fox
  • Damson & Wilde

To use the voucher, present it via a mobile screen or a printed version.

Gift Cards are activated at the point of sale, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. They are not credit or debit cards.

gift Card Expiry

Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. If you schedule delivery of an eGift Card, this will be valid for 12 months from the delivery date.

Checking Your Balance

Gift Cards can be purchased in amounts ranging from £10 to £500. They cannot provide change in cash and any remaining balance will stay on the card for future use. Any excess cost beyond the voucher’s value must be paid with a credit or debit card (we do not accept cash).

Online Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your online Gift Card order within a 14-day cooling-off period from the purchase date. If you download an eGift Card before the cooling-off period expires, you agree to waive your right to cancel.

Returns

Once received, Gift Cards cannot be returned or cancelled (except during the 14-day cooling-off period for online orders).

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Treat Gift Cards like cash. For a digital copy of your Gift Card, register it at gusto-pronto.mytoggle.io/register. Gusto Pronto is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, or unauthorised use of Gift Cards. Gusto Pronto reserves the right to cancel Gift Cards if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Usage Limitations

Gift Cards are valid at the Gusto Pronto locations specified above. They can be used to purchase food, drinks, accommodation (where relevant) and other items available at participating venues. Gift Cards cannot be resold, transferred or exchanged for cash. Standard accommodation booking and cancellation policies apply. Refunds for cancellations will be credited back to the Gift Card.

Payment Methods

Gift Cards can be purchased using a valid debit or credit card or electronic payment methods such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Delivery Information

eGift Cards are delivered via email without charge. Please ensure the recipient’s email is correct to avoid delivery errors.

Physical Gift Cards ordered online are despatched using the postage method you select and will be sent to the address you specify. Please ensure the recipient’s address is correct. Please allow additional time for your Physical Gift Card to arrive during busy postal periods such as Christmas.

Reasons for Failed Delivery of egift Cards

If an eGift Card is not delivered as expected, possible reasons may include:

  • Spam filters or bulk email settings
  • Firewalls blocking the email
  • Overfilled email inbox
  • Incorrect email address provided

Updates to Terms and Conditions

Gusto Pronto reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions when necessary.
